The campsite is located at Pimpalgaon Joga Dam, just after the ghat area when coming from Mumbai. The campsite is before the ghat area when coming from Pune or Nashik.
Q: How to reach Malshej Ghat Camping from Mumbai?

From Mumbai: Take a bus from Kalyan towards Malshej Ghat for Kolwadi Gaon. The campsite is at the highway itself. Get off 1.0 km before kolwadi gaon. The frequency of the bus is in every 15 minutes.

From Pune: Take a bus from Pune to Alephata Goan. From there, change the bus and take a bus towards Mumbai.

Yes there are water sports at Malshej Ghat. There is a boathouse 8-10 km away from our campsite that offers boating and kayaking.

We are a group of odd people. Will we have to share tents with other groups?
The tents are by default given on twin sharing basis. In case, you are a group of odd people (3,5,7,9), the last tent would be on a single sharing basis. We won't make you share with random strangers.
