Bhandardara is a holiday resort village near Igatpuri, in the western ghats of India. Bhandardara Lake camping is one of the most amazing and highly favorite camping and picnic spots for lovers of nature. Located near Igatpuri in the Western Ghats of India, it is a hotspot of tourism for its natural beauty and the attractions nearby like the many hills, waterfalls, Wilson dam, and Arthur Lake.

This camp by the lake is a great place to stay and enjoy a getaway in the lap of nature. Complete with comfortable tents and mattresses, the place even has clean and hygienic toilets to make the place and even more wonderful experience.

Covid-19 Update:
The campsite is cleaned and sanitised on a regular basis. At campsite entry, there will be a temperature check. Participants with temperatures outside the normal range will not be permitted entry. Through stringent measures and protocols, we promise a minimal associate engagement throughout your stay to ensure complete safety of the guests.

Day 1
  • 04:00 PM: Reach at the campsite on your own
  • 04:30 PM: Check in to allotted camps. Explore nearby areas
  • 05:30 PM: Watch the sun go down the horizon while enjoying your evening snacks
  • 07:00 PM: Campfire, Dance and Music followed by dinner
  • 09:30 PM: Go for an optional night safari in the forest. You can experience fireflies as well (Depending on the availability of fireflies. The season for fireflies is 20 May - 30 June)
Day 2
  • 06:00 AM: Wake up early to see the beautiful sunrise & a mesmerizing sight of the lake in the morning hours
  • 07:00 AM: Boat in the famous Arthur Hill Lake also known as Bhandardara Lake
  • 08:00 AM: Have your breakfast and spend some time at the camp before checking-out and bringing the camping to an end

  • Carry your personal medications if you are on medication.
  • Carry some biscuits/dry fruit/chocolate.



Q: How to reach the campsite?

  1. You can either drive directly to the campsite or ask us to hire a cab from Kasara to Campsite to Kasara at Rs.3200. The cab accommodates 8-10 people.
  2. You can also take a bus from Kasara station for Bhandardara Gaon. Complimentary pickup/drop service is available from the Bhandardara bus stop.

Q: What is the trek duration?

The trek duration depends on the group's interests. It varies from 1 hour up to 5 hours.

Q: Is washroom available at the campsite?

Washroom facilities (common) are available during the stay.

Q: Is Jain food available?

Yes, Jain food is available but needs to be informed about beforehand.


  • Cancellation request made before 24 Hours of event start date: Entire amount to be refunded.
  • Cancellation request made between 0 to 24 Hours of event start date: Single or multiple vouchers worth the entire amount which can be availed on next bookings.
  • Cancellation request made on or after the event start date are not entertained.
