The Process Executive will be responsible for working closely with various team members within the organization to streamline the processes and serve as point of contact. Receive and Promptly Respond to Customer Queries
Whether chat agents are contacted by mail or WhatsApp chat, they must make a continual effort to respond to customers as quickly as possible
Once they receive a message from a customer, they must listen carefully to the customer's question or concern before the following protocol in order to resolve the issue or answer the question
Manage large influx of incoming chats
Handle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Experience in Call/Chat/Email customer engagement at Contact Center preferred
Most importantly have local language knowledge (for example: Marathi, Hindi & English)
Should have basic computer skills
Self-motivated & is Open to work in any shift & extended hours
Should have good Oral and written communication
An effective communicator, probably fluid with what he/she is speaking
