Igatpuri Water Sports and Camping

Welcome to our secret campsite. Start with water sports activities which includes learning Kayaking, River Raft Boating or just relax by swimming and body surfing. Swimmers and Non-Swimmers of all ages can participate water sports at Igatpuri Secret Camping. Life Jackets are compulsory for Swimmers and non-Swimmers for all water sports activities. The location of our campsite is well chosen and hidden to keep it close to nature. Igatpuri Lakeside camping is a beautiful spot for landscape photography.

Igatipuri is one of the darkest spots in Maharashtra, making our campsite ideal for Stargazing and Astrophotography. There are many apps which help you identify constellations using just your phone camera, so we recommend you to download such apps before you visit.

The tents are pitched besides the lake in a way that you get mesmerizing sunset views from your tents. We want you guys to maximize your stay at the location and enjoy all water sports and adventure activities to the fullest, so we recommend checking in on time.

Wake up to the sounds of birds chirping, what else one wants on a vacation.

Saturday

• 2:30 PM: Check into the campsite
• 2:30 PM: Enjoy water sports, namely boating, kayaking, tubing, swimming with life jacket. You can also enjoy air rifle shooting & archery at the campsite
• 5:30 PM: Snacks
• 6:00 PM: Tent allotment, campsite sightseeing, and general information about the campsite
• 8:00 PM: Bonfire and Unlimited Veg /Non-veg Dinner
• 10:00 PM: One-hour small night trek

Sunday

• 9:00 AM: Wakeup, freshen up and breakfast
• 11:00 AM: Checkout

• Extra pair of clothes
• Beach mat (optional)
• Toiletries (towel, toothbrush. toothpaste, etc)
• Personal medication
• Music instruments (optional), camera (optional)
• Slippers, long pants, long t-shirts/shirts, socks
• Torch (with extra batteries)
• Warm clothes, water bottle (to refill)

• Carry your personal medications if you are on medication
• Carry some biscuits/dry fruit/chocolate

Q: How to reach the campsite?

1. Reach Kasara station and ask us to arrange a cab for you till the campsite with the return journey. It will cost extra Rs.2000 and can be shared among 10 people (Either your friends or other campers).
2. Drive directly to the campsite.

Q: Is the washroom available at the campsite?

Common washroom facilities (Indian) are available during the stay.

Q: Is the campsite safe for women?

The campsite is completely safe for women & children. The campsite staff is present at the campsite at all times to assist you.

Q: How is the mobile network at the campsite?

The mobile network is good for calling. The data network is average.

Q: What is the tentative food menu?

1. Evening Snacks - Potato Vada and Pav, dry bhel with tea
2. Breakfast - Poha with tea
3. Dinner (Veg) - Veg gravy sabzi, veg biryani, raita, bhakri/chapati
4. Dinner (Non-Veg) - Chicken gravy, non-veg biryani, raita, bhakri/chapati

Q: Is Jain food available?

Yes, Jain food is available but needs to be informed about beforehand.

Q: What all games are present at the campsite?

Outdoor Games like Cricket and Badminton and Indoor Games like Carom and Darts are available at the campsite.

Q: We are a group of odd people. Will we have to share tents with other groups?

The tents are by default given on twin sharing basis. In case, you are a group of odd people (3,5,7,9), the last tent would be on a single sharing basis. We won't make you share with random strangers.

• Cancellation request made before 24 Hours of event start date: Entire amount to be refunded.
• Cancellation request made between 0 to 24 Hours of event start date: Single or multiple vouchers worth the entire amount which can be availed on next bookings.
• Cancellation request made on or after the event start date are not entertained.
• Example - Let's assume your booking is for 31st January. If you put in a cancellation request by 29th January 23:59 Hrs, 100% of booking amount is refundable in your original mode of payment. If you put in a cancellation request between 30th January 00:00 Hrs and 30th January 23:59 Hrs, 100% of booking amount is refundable in form of vouchers.
