Igatpuri is a city in the Nashik District of Maharashtra. The city is surrounded by hills on all sides. There are picturesque waterfalls around the city that attract tourists from around the world.
Igatpuri offers an array of water sports like kayaking, boating and tubing and other adventure activities like archery and air rifle shooting. These water sports are available along the Vaitarna Dam. You can go for short jungle treks in and around the area. The treks are not so difficult and lead to beautiful waterfalls hidden in the hills.
